Dr. Sparks graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2019 and has been working in small animal practice in Ottawa ever since. He has a passion for client education, and enjoys anesthesia, surgery and dentistry. In 2024, Dr. Sparks underwent advanced training at Colorado State University, along with his technician, Lisa, in order to be able to perform laparoscopic surgery at our hospital.

Dr. Sparks grew up in Sarnia, ON and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Sparks and his wife Olivia live with their daughter Iyla in Berwick, ON and share their home with 10 dogs, geese and chickens!
